Apologies for not blogging for a while...anyway, I won't go into the reasons why...as that would start thing off negatively...
Workout of the day: 20 mins chaos workout
3 mins cardio of your choice - straight to 3 upper body exercises doing 1 set of each for 10-15 reps
repeat x5 with the only rest being walking in bewteen exercises
NB vary the cardio if you want e.g.run/bike/skip/X-trainer but keep it to 3mins
NB2 vary the upper body- try just bodyweight- 10 chins, 20 press ups, 10 dips

Tip of the day: After your workout if you've got access to a sauna or steam room try a cold shower(or plunge pool if you are lucky) straight after leaving the hotter atmosphere. Repeat this 3 or 4 times....you'll feel re-vitalised. If you haven't got the sauna/steam try 2 mins hot shower and do 20 second blasts under cold...
